PROFESSIONAL
Jessica practices law primarily in the areas of labor and employment, municipal, probate and estate planning, and business entities. In addition to representing individual and small business clients throughout the state of Maine, Jessica has worked with the Maine Fraternal Order of Police for several years, becoming their lead counsel in Maine in 2020.
In January 2022, Jessica was appointed by Governor Janet Mills to serve as an Alternate Employee Representative on the Maine Labor Relations Board, which hears representation and prohibitive practice cases, in addition to providing dispute resolution services for public employers and their employees.
Jessica is also a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Regional Organization of Municipal Attorneys.

PERSONAL
Jessica was born in Biddeford, Maine, grew up in Vermont and graduated from Randolph Union High School. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Johnson State College (now part of Northern Vermont University) and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Vermont, Jessica earned her law degree from Suffolk Law School. Jessica returned to Maine after graduating from law school and has lived in Brunswick for over a decade.
A past member and chair of the School Board at St. John’s Catholic School, Jessica currently serves on the board at Family Focus in Brunswick. She coached youth and travel soccer for many years and in her free time enjoys being active and exploring the outdoors, traveling, skiing, cooking and being involved in all the activities of her two children.
